During my time at Motork, I led a transformative project to enhance an underutilized app's user experience, StockSpark. Through user research, we identified pain points and were able to identify the priority changes that would have the most impact.
At StockSpark, also known as CarSpark, we were tasked with reevaluating the usage and effectiveness of an existing app that had low user engagement.
The app had been available for many years but failed to meet the needs of our customers effectively.
In this project, my primary contributions focused on research, prototyping, user testing, and UI design for the entire product, which had been in use for approximately five years.
